Communications agency, Mercieca, has appointed former Association of Convenience Stores (ACS) chief executive, James Lowman, as a consultant.
Lowman brings valuable expertise to the agency, following a three-decade long career at ACS where James lead high-impact lobbying campaigns shaping policy on product regulation, trading hours, employment, and planning. He has given evidence to parliamentary committees, spoken at party conferences and policy forums, and has regularly represented the sector across national media.
