Florette unveils major brand refresh and launches new Asian-inspired salad

Florette has unveiled its biggest brand refresh to date, combining a redesigned look across the full range with new product development aimed at driving incremental growth in the prepared salad category.

The refresh is underpinned by a new brand mission, ‘Crafted by Nature, Perfected by Florette’, which takes the brand back to its roots while reinforcing its focus on health, mealtime inspiration and sustainability. The overhaul is supported by a major marketing investment designed to encourage shoppers to include salad in more mealtimes.

The first product to roll out under the new look is Florette Asian Inspired Salad, launching from 4 May. The ready-to-eat salad is designed to tap into growing demand for bold, globally influenced flavours and to address a perceived gap in the fresh produce aisle for more exciting, convenient meal solutions.

The kit combines Apollo lettuce, ruby chard, mizuna and radish with a tonkatsu-style dressing and a crispy seaweed-inspired sprinkle. The format is aimed at attracting younger, trend-led shoppers while trading consumers up with a premium, zero-prep offer.

Alongside NPD, the brand refresh introduces a modernised logo and updated usage imagery, supported by bold colourways and contemporary typography to maximise standout and aid navigation at fixture.

To support the refresh and launch, Florette is rolling out a targeted, multi-channel marketing campaign focused on under-35s, spanning digital, social-first influencer activity, PR and shopper marketing.

Florette Asian Inspired Salad will be available from 4 May in Asda, Sainsbury’s, Nisa and Booths stores nationwide, with an RSP of £1.75.
