Florette has launched a new ‘Essentials’ range as it looks to expand its portfolio with a dedicated value tier aimed at keeping fresh produce accessible as household budgets remain under pressure.
Designed to sit alongside the core Florette range, Essentials focuses on high-volume, everyday salad staples in convenient, zero-prep formats. The brand said the move is intended to help retailers maintain engagement with health-conscious shoppers while offering clear value.
The Essentials range will begin rolling out this spring. Shredded Iceberg 500g (RSP £2.29) will initially be available from Booker and Costco, while Chopped Iceberg 200g (RSP 69p) lands first in Nisa, TJ Morris and Farmfoods.
The Essentials launch forms part of a wider brand refresh for Florette, described as its biggest strategic shift to date. Alongside a refreshed logo and new packaging design, the brand is introducing a new innovation pipeline and an overarching mission, ‘Crafted by Nature, Perfected by Florette’.
Florette said the new direction is underpinned by a focus on proactive health, mealtime inspiration, and sharing the real-world impact of its work across farming, community, and the environment.
