Delice de France has published its 2026 Spring/Summer catalogue, introducing 47 new products across bread, patisserie, savoury snacking and chilled food to go.
The latest range sees the bakery supplier broaden its offer beyond core bread and pastry, with new sandwich fillings, pizza toppings, spreads and soup designed to help operators simplify ordering and increase basket spend.
Handheld savoury snacking remains a key focus, with global inspiration evident across the line-up. New launches include five Jamaican Patties in Beef, Chicken, Lamb, Vegetable and Jerk Chicken variants, alongside Scandi-inspired hand-twisted Knots in Spinach & Feta and Pepperoni & Cheese. Additional savoury bakery lines include a Chicken Curry Slice, Chilli Beef and Cheese Slice, Chicken Bake and Cheese & Onion Bake.
The catalogue also expands Delice de France’s chilled food-to-go offer, building on the Delice to Go sub-brand launched last year. Five bestselling sandwich fillings are now available in 1kg tubs – Coronation Chicken, Tuna Mayonnaise, Mixed Cheese & Spring Onion, Egg Mayonnaise and Chicken Mayonnaise – allowing operators greater flexibility. A vegetable fat spread, Bebo Butterich, has also been added to support sandwich preparation.
Bread remains a core pillar of the range. New launches include seven fully baked bagels in Plain, Sesame, Poppy Seed, Multigrain, Everything, Cheese & Jalapeño and Veggie varieties, aimed at meeting demand for US-style comfort food. The line-up also features a Multiseed Sub Roll with a hinged cut for easy filling, and a Multi-Grain Country Roll with a rustic finish.
On the sweet side, Delice de France has introduced Pastry Swirls in Maple & Pecan, Vanilla and Cinnamon & Hazelnut flavours. The range also includes mini muffins in Blueberry, Sicilian Lemon Curd and Chocolate Chip, catering to demand for lighter treats. New additions also include an Apple Cake with Butter Crumbles, alongside existing trend-led products such as Cheese Bretzels and a Funfetti Crodot.
