Damm has launched gluten-free Daura 0.0% in the UK, extending its award-winning gluten-free lager brand into the alcohol-free category.
Initially launching exclusively in Tesco in 4 x 330ml cans ahead of a wider roll out, Daura 0.0% responds to growing demand from shoppers seeking premium alcohol-free beer that also meets dietary requirements. The product combines certified gluten-free status with the flavour and body associated with Daura.
Daura 0.0% is brewed using a proprietary process that breaks down gluten at a molecular level while preserving the beer’s character, before the alcohol is gently removed through vacuum distillation. Each batch is independently tested to ensure gluten levels remain below 20ppm.
Luke White, UK Managing Director at Damm, said the launch reflects rising interest in moderation and inclusive beer options.
