Cuisine de France acquires Boulangeries de France

Bakery specialist Cuisine de France has acquired complementary business Boulangeries de France.  Founded seven years ago by Managing Director Thierry Cacaly, Boulangeries de France is known for excellent service and like Cuisine de France, a passion for great food. As part of this move Cacaly will take over the day to day running of the merged businesses as Managing Director.

He said: “We will continue to put great bakery at the centre of our business, bringing the advantages of Cuisine’s quality products and national network together with Boulangeries personal touch and service.”

Dermot Murphy, UK Country Manager for Aryzta, Cuisine’s parent company, said: “Cuisine de France is a great business with strong bakery traditions and we feel that the acquisition of Boulangeries de France is a positive move.
