Cornish Orchards has launched a new Peach & Apple cider.
The product is made with 100% fresh pressed apple juice and natural fruit flavour.
Available in 500ml bottles at 3.4% ABV, the cider is made from traditional bittersweet apples and is positioned for summer sales.
Cornish Orchards packaged cider sells at an average price of £6.62 – 32% higher than the wider premium packaged cider segment.
The launch follows Cherry & Blackberry and Raspberry & Elderflower flavours, which debuted in 2023.
The Cornish Orchards brand is now worth £22.6m, with value growth of 9.6% in the 26 weeks to 17 May 2025.
Rob Hobart, Marketing Director at Asahi UK, said: “We’ve extended our range of Cornish Orchards flavoured packaged ciders with Peach & Apple to help customers tap into the lucrative opportunity in ciders made with 100% fresh pressed apple juice.
“Premium cider continues to be a hugely popular choice within the segment, accounting for 79% of total packaged cider. Packaged fruit cider is experiencing rapid growth, with sales up by +9.7% in volume for the last quarter.”
