Pladis has launched a new addition to its McVitie’s Cake range: Club Orange Cake Crunchies – designed to “combine the best of cake, biscuits and chocolate in one tasty treat”.
Available now, McVitie’s Club Orange Cake Crunchies merges Club Orange with sponge cake, topped with chocolate-flavoured cream and crunchy biscuit pieces, then wrapped in milk chocolate.
Targeting consumers looking for a “lunchtime treat”, the new product has a projected retail sales value of £2m, and is available in a 5-pack at RSP £1.65.
