Strong market activity and growing demand in the convenience retail sector has seen specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, bolster its team with a new appointment for Scotland.
Glasgow-based Martin Ward has joined the firm as a Business Agent within the Retail & Leisure team to cover Scotland. He brings over 20 years of experience in the property market across Scotland and England, having held senior roles with leading estate agencies. His extensive knowledge of local markets and proven track record in property sales will be invaluable as he covers all areas of Scotland, claimed the group.
Christie & Co has also annonuced three further Business Agents appointments to cover the West Midlands, South West and North Wales and Merseyside.
