Carling launches Scottish campaign ahead of Premier Sports Cup finals

Carling has unveiled a major out-of-home advertising campaign in Scotland to coincide with the Scottish Professional Football League’s Premier Sports Cup semi-finals and final.

The campaign celebrates the moments fans share over a pint, with headlines such as ‘The beautiful game deserves a pint’ and ‘Brilliantly refreshing, home or away’. Ads will run across Glasgow on matchdays, highlighting Carling’s role in bringing supporters together whether at home, in pubs or after the final whistle.

As part of the activity, Carling will sponsor the popular Open Goal podcast, featuring 60-second host reads and 30-second placements across the Acast network.

Running until 28 December, the nine-week campaign is expected to deliver more than one million impressions to an adult audience across Scotland.

Ryan Mclaughlin, Brand Director for Carling, said the campaign aims to reflect the pride and passion of Scottish football and reinforce the brand’s support for the game at every level, including grassroots initiatives and partnerships with major competitions.

The Molson Coors brand recently extended its role as Official Beer Partner of the Emirates FA Cup and Adobe Women’s FA Cup under a new agreement running until at least 2027.
