Brooklyn Brewery is turning up the flavour with three limited‑edition craft beers designed to keep its range fresh for retailers and shoppers: Bel Air Sour, Fonio Rising Double Pilsner and Black Chocolate Stout.
Bel Air Sour (5% ABV) is a tart, tropical sour ale aimed at beer drinkers seeking something refreshing and different. Fonio Rising Double Pilsner (6.4% ABV) is a robust, crisp golden lager with notes of tropical fruit; it is brewed with fonio, an ancient West African grain celebrated for its distinctive character. Black Chocolate Stout (8.4% ABV) is a multi‑award‑winning imperial stout delivering rich cocoa and fresh‑ground espresso notes.
All three release in 440ml cans from March 2026, with an RSP of £3.25–£4.25.
Anna Cheatley, Marketing Controller, Craft & Ale, Carlsberg Britvic, said: “Craft drinkers are constantly exploring – they want distinctive styles and limited products that bring something new to the category. These new additions not only reflect the vibrant, creative spirit of Brooklyn, our brand’s namesake borough, but also build on our long‑standing craft credentials and brewing expertise of our brewmaster, Garrett Oliver. Through bold can designs and distinctive flavours, Bel Air Sour, Fonio Rising Double Pilsner and Black Chocolate Stout are designed to stand out on‑shelf, helping retailers to drive sales.”
