Bridor is targeting food to go operators with the launch of a limited-edition Soccer Bun, designed to help drive sales during the 2026 World Cup.
Developed through its Pandriks bakery arm, the 65g sourdough roll features a football-style stamped design to create standout on counter and support themed menus and promotions.
The product is aimed at operators looking to capitalise on increased demand around sporting events, offering a versatile format suitable for burgers, filled rolls and meal deals.
The Soccer Bun is stone baked, delivering a thin, crisp crust and soft interior, and is made using sourdough and natural ingredients.
Supplied in a frozen, half-baked format, the rolls allow operators to bake little and often throughout the day, helping to maintain freshness while reducing waste.
With a wholesale price of 30p per unit, the product is designed to support margin while adding a limited-time point of difference to food-to-go ranges.
