Baker Street launch means flan-making is a piece of cake

St Pierre Groupe has expanded its Baker Street brand into the Home Baking category with the launch of new Sponge Flan Cases and Sponge Cake Layers.

The Sponge Flan Cases make it easy for people of all abilities to unleash their inner Mary Berry and create quick desserts. Available in medium (100g) and large (200g) varieties, the flan cases are ready baked and just need to be filled and decorated.

Sponge Cake Layers (400g) is available in Classic (plain) and Chocolate variants, and offers a solid foundation for lazy or time-pressed bakers to knock up a quick Victoria Sandwich.

Both are available from CJ Lang and have a minimum guaranteed life of 60 days after hitting the Spar wholesaler’s depot.

  • 3 Sponge Cake Layers available in Chocolate or Classic (plain) flavours, RSP £1.50
