In his previous role at Mondelez International as a Sales Development Executive for Cadbury, Douglas supported over 140 retailers across greater Glasgow.

For the last nine months he has been putting his vast retail experience to good use in his role as Sales Manager at ShopMate. His responsibilities include managing relationships with existing customers across Scotland, while also onboarding new clients through face-to-face engagement.
