The beauty of brewing revealed by Heineken

Heineken has unveiled a new website that showcases the traditions of brewing and what it calls the ‘beauty, simplicity and naturalness’ of beer.

The website, which was developed in partnership with digital agency We Are Social, aims to communicate the positive story of beer.

Jacco van der Linden, Marketing Director, Heineken UK, said: “The new site is designed to ‘demystify’ the brewing process by telling the unique story of beer-making in an uncomplicated, engaging and informative way. The art of brewing and the act of enjoying a cold beer are as natural as the barley, water and hops that are still the main constituents of beer – and we have a compelling story that is worth sharing with consumers and non-consumers alike.”

The microsite will be housed at www.heineken.co.uk/beautyofbrewing within the Heineken UK corporate website, which became the first business website to be redeveloped by an operating company within the Heineken Group in 2013. The site has been built to be fully responsive, meaning that it can also be viewed on tablets and smartphones.
