A keen-eyed reader kindly forwarded UTC a wee news story recently about how he had been in Japan and come across an exotic confectionery sensation: KitKat sushi.
For reasons best known to the Japanese, the delicacy comes in three flavours: tuna sushi (actually tastes like raspberry), seaweed-wrapped sushi omelette (pumpkin pudding flavour) and sea urchin sushi (Hokkaido melon with mascarpone cheese).
It would be impossible to describe the expression on UTC’s face as he listened to this story unfold. So we won’t bother.
